About our images
On this website, in addition to real photographs, we also use images that have been created wholly or partly with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
AI images as illustrations
AI images are used exclusively as illustrative and decorative visual material. They are intended to provide visual support for certain subjects and to make the website more attractive and clearer.
An AI image does not necessarily depict a real existing dog, person, location or event. Even when an image looks very realistic, it may have been generated entirely digitally.
No assessment of the breed
AI images should not be regarded as an exact representation of the breed standard of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Small differences in build, head, coat, colour distribution or other characteristics may occur.
The images are therefore not intended for assessing conformation, health, hereditary characteristics or suitability for breeding. For information about the breed standard, health and breeding, we refer to the substantive information on this website and to the appropriate qualified experts.
Real photographs and AI images
Where relevant, we of course also use real photographs of Cavaliers, activities, locations and other subjects. Not every image on the website is therefore created with AI.
Where an image is mainly intended to illustrate a general subject or atmosphere, an AI image may be chosen. Belgian Cavalier Club vzw does not use such images with the intention of misleading visitors.
Rights relating to visual material
Photographs and other visual material for which Belgian Cavalier Club vzw is not itself the creator or rights holder are used only where permission or a valid basis for use exists.
If you have questions about an image on this website, or believe that you hold rights to visual material used on the site, you can contact Belgian Cavalier Club vzw.
