5. Member and breeder data

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to the association or change themselves through the members’ area.

Breeder details are displayed on the public breeder list only when publication is enabled for the member concerned. A listing on this list does not constitute any guarantee by Belgian Cavalier Club vzw concerning a specific sale, agreement, puppy, litter or individual breeding decision of a breeder.

Arrangements concerning the purchase of a dog are made directly between the buyer and the breeder. Belgian Cavalier Club vzw is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Membership fees and payments

The website may display information about membership and membership fees paid. The membership fee due and the conditions of membership are determined in accordance with the rules and decisions of the association.

A record of a payment on the website is administrative information. In the event of an obvious error, the association may correct the record based on the actual payment and the available accounting records.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the texts, photographs, videos, documents, design, logos and other content on this website belong to Belgian Cavalier Club vzw or are used with the permission of the rights holder.
